Nathan and Ruth McCall

Nathan McCall was born in Reading, PA and has lived most of his life in North Carolina. He is the son of Dr. Joel McCall who is also on staff with Equipping Leaders International. Nathan is a graduate of Appalachian State University with an Applied Communication degree and Reformed Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He has served pastorally at New Perth ARP Church in Troutman, N.C. and most recently at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville, T.N. as the Missions Pastor.
Nathan has been married to Ruth for 12 years. They met when they were fifteen working at the Billy Graham Training Center as counselors. They were engaged in their junior year of college and married immediately after graduation. Ruth continued her work at Carson Newman College pursuing a masters in Teaching English as a Second Language. They then moved from Tennessee to Charlotte so that Nathan could begin his studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. Nathan and Ruth have three children: Adah, Jonah, and Merrimac.
Nathan was first introduced to ELI by his father, Dr. Joel McCall. Nathan has spent time travelling abroad leading mission teams for his local church and is eager to begin working with ELI in fulltime capacity. He considers it a deep privilege to be involved in the equipping of pastors throughout the world.
